Huh, no pressure then. My 2 cents then are to lean into that concept to start. A baseline, sure, but with SOME offshoots you can build up later if there's interest. If a business' small collection's too hodge-podge, it looks sloppy. Doesn't build confidence in a new place.

Even if there's only a select few who go in there, they need to see mature deliberate choices before they remember you're barely old enough yourself to drink.

But you're right. I should start from there. I was thinking with starting off with a modest collection of American novels from the 1920s to about the 1950s. Sorta match the rest of the building's setting. It's supposed to look like a speakeasy
