welcome_summer | Vacation!

Vacation Time: One day, validated 01/04/2010
Headed for: Shiraki Family Home, in Japan (home verse). Arrived 01/04/2000.
Memories of Camp: Present. Entered back into the canon-timeline, in which she was only absent for one weekend in Nov. Temporarily gained memories to cover the month and odd days-long gap; ALL of the vacation day and the most pertinent info will be retained.
Activities:

Woke up at her parents' home/Shiraki Bookstore. Hugged Papa Shiraki! ;o; Tolerated Mama Shiraki's "Hopefully You'll Find A Man Before You Get Any Older" lament and hugged her also. Spent some time in the bookstore. Ah, home! |D
Drove to a shrine, prayed for strength and for everyone's safety and happiness in the upcoming year. Went shopping for souvenirs.
Called Kana and had a long conversation (thinking "baww BFF I've missed you so" most of the talk).
Traveled to family property somewhere in the Nagano prefecture, visited family and celebrated her birthday! Spent some time in the family's plum orchard ~~being a sad Mayu in snow over Hatori leaving camp~~ for some quiet contemplation.
May have contacted/been contacted by folks from camp- if so, she may have taken leave of her family to visit them late in the night and bringing her new acquisitions with her. Otherwise, partied with her cousins until it was time to go, then "persuaded" them to go sleep, prepared her things for the return and fell asleep.

Bringing Things Back? Yes! A camera and pictures from home, a small ume bonsai for the cabin, birthday daifuku filled with plum preserves (Camp may have altered these). One pack of uta-garuta cards and one pack of hanafuda cards!
...For Other People? Well, the mochi is for sharing, but she probably brought souvenirs/requested items from Japan also! Just comment here and I'll figure it out!
