(But everyone was innocent, as Stephen himself would show up in Camp once in a blue moon.) The Director and others could cause status effects in Camp and changes to the "campers"/under 20 crowd and "counselors"/over 20 crowd-- enchanted mistletoe, age-swapping, turning into stuffed animals for trying to have sex.  (Oh yes, there was a sex ban.) As such, it was a general conceit that "Camp" was alive and had a terrible sense of humor. This bridge between the worlds closed for good on its eleventh anniversary, May 6, 2016. While counselor jobs were assigned arbitrarily, Mayu took to the library, and took on more responsibilities as other members of the staff left.  There was a very large contingent from "home" over the years-- the Fruits Basket/Hana-Kimi/Ouran casts mutually agreed that their universe was shared.  Thanks to Shigure, she found out about the Sohma's curse about six months into her stay (because really, if she could handle krakens in the lake, psychic toucans, and library reference books that could chomp your hand off, she could probably handle her students and her crush turning into animals under very specific circumstances.)        Abilities & Permissions Abilities Normal human? In the event of sudden powers, energy shield/whip based. Slightly "leveled up" so has a very small amount of MP but no way to access it. Literature scholar, specializing in mythology/folklore.
